Instituciones, política y desarrollo: el caso del Programa Especial para la Seguridad Alimentaria en la Montaña de Guerrero

El trabajo es una investigación descriptiva de la experiencia en la operaci ón del Programa Especial para la Seguridad Alimentaria (PESA) de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Agricultura y la Alimentaci ón en la Montaña de Guerrero, durante los años 2005 y 2006. Presenta el contexto del tema alimentario en México y otros países. Se presenta de manera etnográfica la experiencia adquirida con los indí- genas de esa región, analizando parcelas de su compleja realidad social y la dinámica político-institucional de los diversos actores rurales e institucionales del programa.

The work is a descriptive investigation of the experience in the operation of the Special Programme for Food Security (SPFS) of the United Nations in the mountain of Guerrero, during years 2005 and 2006; the work presents the context of the nourishing subject in Mexico and other countries. The experience acquired with the natives of that region appears of ethnographic way, analyzing part of its complex social reality and the political-institutional dynamics of the rural and institutional agents of the program.

Inglés The work is a descriptive investigation of the experience in the operation of the Special Programme for Food Security (SPFS) of the United Nations in the mountain of Guerrero, during years 2005 and 2006; the work presents the context of the nourishing subject in Mexico and other countries.
