La presente investigación se incluye como texto de divulgación donde se dan a conocer, a través de la experiencia del trabajo de campo, los hechos que han constituido la formación de las autonomías en tres regiones indígenas de América Latina: la zona Páez de la montaña del Cauca Colombiano; la región amazónica de Cascales en el Ecuador y el Caribe Nicaragüense.

Through the present work we will know the facts which have constitute the autonomy formation inside three native regions in Latin America, under the view of the field investigation; first of all the Paez zone in the Cauca Colombian Mountain; the amazonic region of Cascales in Ecuador and the Caribbean zone of Nicaragua.
