Implantación de soja con microorganismos biocontroladores

El objetivo del artículo es mostrar los resultados logrados sobre la implantación de soja cuando se incorporaron microorganismos durante la siembra en condiciones de campo. Los microorganismos evaluados fueron tres aislados de Trichoderma sp., tres de Bacillus y uno de Gliocladium roseum. Se incorporó un fungicida curasemillas y un testigo sin tratar, sumando nueve tratamientos. El efecto de los tratamientos se evaluó registrando el número de plántulas en emergencia y antes de cosecha, midiendo la altura de las plantas, registrando los componentes de rendimiento y el peso de la parcela. En promedio las parcelas tratadas con Trichoderma (HT3) registraron mayor emergencia. Se comprobó interacción significativa entre los tratamientos y los ensayos. El tratamiento con Trichoderma (HT3) logró buen rendimiento como resultado del mayor número de plantas que llegaron a cosecha. Entre los Bacillus el aislamiento B8 tuvo buen comportamiento en dos ensayos.

This article presents the results of soybean implantation when microorganisms were incorporated during the sowing period and under field conditions. The microorganisms evaluated were three isolates of Trichoderma sp, three isolates of Bacillus and one isolate of Gliocladium roseum. A treatment with fungicide and an untreated plot were incorporated and therefore nine treatments were performed. The effects were evaluated by registering the number of emerging plantlets and the number of plants at harvest, measuring the height of plants, registering the yield components and the plot weight. In average, plots treated with Trichoderma (HT3) emerged in a higher extension. Important interaction between the treatments and the assays was shown. The treatment with Trichoderma (HT3) obtained greater number of plants that reached the harvest stage. Among the Bacillus, B8 isolation showed a good behaviour in two of the tests.
