INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN NATURAL RESOURCES: MALAYSIAN LEGAL PERSPECTIVE
Abstract
Malaysia is a country which has been blessed with plethora of natural resources, plants and animals. The natural resources fall part of the property which must be protected to ensure its sustainability. This paper will look into the legal position of natural resources specifically plants from Intellectual Property Rights perspective in Malaysia.
