EL VALOR DE LA VIDA DEL EMBRIÓN EN LA JURISPRUDENCIA ESTADOUNIDENSE Y ARGENTINA

Este trabajo se propone comparar la jurisprudencia constitucional estadounidense y la jurisprudencia constitucional argentina en lo que concierne al valor jurídico de la vida del embrión, con miras a inferir los argumentos que en uno y otro ámbito se proponen respecto de la aceptación o el rechazo de la distinción conceptual entre ser humano y persona en sentido jurídico.

This work aims at comparing North American and Argentine constitutional case Law regarding the law status of the human embryon, with the object of inferring the arguments proposed in one and other field towards accepting or rejecting the conceptual distinction between person and human being.
