乙型肝炎病毒前C/BCP区变异的研究现状

下载次数:163次 点击次数:515次 【中文摘要】：HBV的前C区及基本核心启动子（BCP）变异可降低HBeAg的合成与分泌，也可增加病毒复制能力，导致HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎（CHB），对临床产生重要的影响。本文就HBV前C/BCP区变异的分子机理、生物学意义、实验室检测以及对临床和抗病毒治疗的影响等方面的研究进展作一综述。
【英文摘要】：Mutations in the precore and basic core promoter of hepatitis B virus (HBV) can reduce synthesis and secretion of the HBV e antigen (HBeAg), increase viral replication, and cause HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Therefore, these mutations are likely to have important impacts on the clinical progression of the hepatitis B disease. In this review, the recent progress in research on HBV precore and basic core promoter mutations is discussed, including but not limited to insights into the related molecular mechanisms and their biological significance for established and new laboratory tests and antiviral therapies.
