Compensación De Curvatura De Frente De Onda En Microscopia Holográfica Digital En Configuración De Transmisión

Como requisito para una correcta interpretación de la información de fase que se obtiene a partir de la microscopía holográfica digital (MHD), se hace necesario corregir las alteraciones de fase impuestas por la presencia de los sistemas ópticos de magnificación, específicamente la curvatura debida al objetivo del microscopio que magnifica el frente de onda portador de la información del objeto. En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de la compensación de curvatura del frente de onda por un método experimental utilizando un montaje óptico tipo Mach-Zender configurado para un microscopio holográfico digital de transmisión, así como también la implementación de una solución numérica a este problema.

As requirement for a correct interpretation of the phase information that is obtained from the holographic digital microscopy (DHM), it is necessary to correct the phase alterations imposed by the presence of the optical systems of magnification, specifically the curvature due to the microscope objetive that to magnify the wave front carrying the information of the object. In this work we present the results of the compensation of curvature of the wave front for an experimental method using an optical set-up type Mach-Zender formed for a holographic digital microscope of transmission, as well as also the implementation of a numerical solution to this problem.

Español Como requisito para una correcta interpretación de la información de fase que se obtiene a partir de la microscopía holográfica digital (MHD), se hace necesario corregir las alteraciones de fase impuestas por la presencia de los sistemas ópticos de magnificación, específicamente la curvatura debida al objetivo del microscopio que magnifica el frente de onda portador de la información del objeto. En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de la compensación de curvatura del frente de onda por un método experimental utilizando un montaje óptico tipo Mach-Zender configurado para un microscopio holográfico digital de transmisión, así como también la implementación de una solución numérica a este problema.
