Autoritarismo, totalitarismo y doctrina de seguridad nacional

El artículo estudia la naturaleza del Estado surgido de la Doctrina de Seguridad Nacional por comparación breve y sistemática con el totalitarismo y el autoritarismo clásicos. Plantea, sobre todo, la singularidad de los regímenes de Seguridad Nacional. El objetivo es explicar las características específicas de una forma nueva de autoritarismo en la América del último tercio del siglo XX.

This article studies the nature of the State born from the National Security Doctrine by comparison with the classic totalitarianism and the authoritarianism. Especially, it raises the singularity of National Security Regimes. The aim is to demonstrate the birth of a new way of authoritarianism in South America in the last part of the 20th century.
