EVALUACIÓN DEL RENDIMIENTO DE CALEFACCIÓN O REFRESCAMIENTO PRODUCIDO POR LOS ELEMENTOS CONSTRUCTIVOS Y MICROCLIMA DE UNA VIVIENDA PASIVA. UNA FORMA DE INTEGRAR EL RENDIMIENTO DEL CONFORT TÉRMICO PASIVO A SU ADMINISTRACIÓN DEL CICLO DE VIDA DE UN EDIFICIO

Se presentan los primeros resultados de una modelización básica y complementaria a una existente, para observar el comportamiento térmico de un bloque de edifi cio y su microclima inmediato, es una propuesta para introducir el confort térmico de una vivienda solar pasiva a evaluaciones requeridas en su administración del ciclo de vida y poder evaluar su sostenibilidad real, es decir a nivel medioambiental y económica, en la etapa de diseño del edifi cio y de su microclima aledaño. Las prácticas sostenibles demandan metodologías y evaluaciones a una aceleración nunca antes vista para la ingeniería de la construcción. Aquí se presenta una modelización que supera las difi cultades de evaluar cuando hay combinación de materiales y elementos constructivos, permitiendo en la etapa del diseño conocer directamente la temperatura que alcanzara el edifi cio las 24 horas del día, el calor almacenado y su velocidad de entrega al entorno interior, pudiendo modifi carse los parámetros del microclima en la simulación y proveer el mejor escenario futuro. Se puede constatar que la velocidad del viento juega un rol importante en la interfase de entrega del calor acumulado, pues a mayor velocidad, menor interfase, pero dicha injerencia tiene un límite de acuerdo al espesor del elemento constructivo en análisis. Para la administración del ciclo de vida del confort térmico será posible contar con un rendimiento de servicio por elemento involucrado, y defi nir sus costos ambientales y económicos. De aquí a obtener un valor global de la unidad funcional "confort térmico" será más sistematizado.

The fi rst results of a basic and complementary modelling are shown. It is intended to observe the thermal behavior of a building and its immediate microclimate. This is a proposal to introduce the thermal comfort of a passive solar housing into the requirements contained within life cycle management so as to evaluate its real sustainability at environmental and economic level, as well as during the design of the building and its neighboring microclimate. Sustainable practices demand different methodologies and evaluations at an unprecedented pace in the construction engineering fi eld. This paper presents a modelling that overcome diffi culties that occur when assessing different materials and construction elements, thus forecasting the temperature reached by the building during the design stage, as well as the accumulated heat and its delivery speed within interior space. It is possible to verify that the wind speed plays a key role during the delivery of accumulated heat, the more speed, the less interface. However, such an element has a limit according to the thickness of the analyzed construction material. The life cycle assessment of thermal comfort provides a service performance according to the element involved and defi nes environmental and economic costs, thus standardizing a global value of "thermal comfort".
