Elementos para una fundamentación teórico-práctica del proceso de aprendizaje grupal.

Presenta la fundamentación teórico práctica del concepto de aprendizaje grupal que se ha venido trabajando en el CISE de 1977 a la fecha. Se describen los elementos de la teoría y la técnica del grupo operativo que se toman en cuenta en el aprendizaje grupal, se fundamentan los elementos seleccionados, por qué, cómo se interpretan y cómo se trabajan. Se describe la experiencia que se ha vivido al trabajar con esta concepción y cómo se ha ido modificando y reelaborando el concepto de aprendizaje grupal. Finalmente, presenta el papel del coordinador en el aprendizaje grupal y la preparación que éste debe adquirir tanto teórica como prácticamente para coordinar sus grupos.

ELEMENTS FOR A THEORETICAL-PRACTICAL FOUNDATION FOR THE PROCESS OF GROUP LEARNING. It presents the foundations of a theoretical-practical concept of group learning which has been object of study at the CISE since 1977. It describes the elements of the theory and the technique of the operative group which are considered in group learning. The selected elements are founded by answering the questions of why, how are they interpreted and how are they worked with. The article also tells about the experience lived by working under this conception of group learning and how it has been modified and remodeled. Finally, the author outlines the role of the coordinator in group learning and the training, both theoretic and practical that it must acquire to handle its groups.
