Desarrollo de competencias mediante Blended Learning: un análisis descriptivo

El desarrollo de las habilidades genéricas que capacitan al profesional para ejecutar eficientemente sus funciones, tiende a orientarse hacia el denominado «desarrollo de competencias ». Asimismo, el medio informatizado es, cada vez más, el soporte sobre el que recaen la mayoría de las iniciativas de desarrollo emprendidas en el ámbito organizacional. Sin embargo, frente al universo de posibilidades que ofrece este medio se abre un debate entorno a las limitaciones que impone la tecnología como vía única para el desarrollo de competencias. En este trabajo se describe una alternativa mixta para el aprendizaje bajo el paradigma blended learning.
