Se presentan los fundamentos de selección de los electrodos de un espinterómetro para un generador de impulsos de tensión de 140kV, 30 Joules. Ellos se basan en algunos principios de la electrostática, la teoría de las descargas en gases y en el IEEE Std 4 - 1995 y sus versiones anteriores.

English abstract

This paper shows the sphere gap selection principles for a 140 kV, 30 Joules high voltage generator. They are based on some electrostatic principles, theory of discharge in gases and the IEEE Std 4 - 1995 and its previous versions.
